Flat Fee Shipping Rates on the following order sizes are based on the total order before taxes.
Kamloops orders – $5 Flat Fee (any size order)
Orders up to $49 – $10 Flat Fee
Orders $50-$99 – $12 Flat Fee
Orders over $100 – FREE shipping

Should your order arrive damaged, we will replace the product. Notification of damaged items must be made immediately.We double check all orders before they are packaged and shipped. If any items are missed or sent in error, please contact us within 24 hours. Do not remove any seals, shrink bands or open any products that you received in error, as we cannot replace them.
